PLEASE NOTE – Although we are sending out Engagement Letters and Online Organizers this week, the Organizers are still being developed and may not have complete functionality until the END OF JANUARY. We will post updates here as our provider improves the performance.
Tips for Completing the Organizers in your Portal:
- If you want to complete it on your phone or tablet, we recommend using the Onvio Client Center APP for optimal performance.
- Only REQUIRED fields are needed.
- If we have your SSN on file, select no SSN & pick any one of the reasons to be able to move on.
- Once you complete the Household and 2023 Questionnaire portions, you can save your progress and resume later in whatever order you desire. Use the cancel button to exit and come back later.
- Once you mark a section as Complete, you will not be able to come back to it.
- Use the Supporting Documents section to upload anything you were not able to upload in the other sections.
