Once you have delivered ALL of your documents to us, we can begin drafting your returns. How you meet with us to review the returns is up to you.
D&L Financial offers TWO convenient ways for Clients to work with us to prepare and e-file your taxes – Remote via phone or video OR In-Person.
REMOTE Process
- Tax Organizers/Questionnaires sent to all Existing Clients in January.
- Upload All documents via the Onvio Client Center
- Contact info@dlfinancial.org or call 408.227.1472 for assistance registering or logging in.
- Document Request via Client Center IF more documents are needed.
- Drafted Returns & Invoice via Client Center.
- Invoice Payment via ACH or Credit Card.
- Book your REMOTE Tax Preparation Appointment
- 25-minute Appointment to Review the drafted returns.
- Approval by client(s) of drafted returns,
- E-signature sent to all signers.
- Signatures are received by all signers.
- Contact info@dlfinancial.org or call 408.227.1472 for assistance with the e-signature process.
- Some individuals may fail or be ineligible and may need to upload hand signed pages.
- Return(s) are e-filed by D&L Financial.
- Return(s) are Accepted
- an email confirmation is sent to client(s)
- Form 9325 with the submission id is shared via the Client Center.
Upon request, and payment of a $30 fee, a hard copy will be printed, assembled, signed and Mailed to your address.
IN PERSON
- Tax Organizers/Questionnaires are sent to all Existing Clients in January.
- Upon request, and payment of a $15 fee, a hard copy will be printed, assembled, and Mailed to your address.
- Book an IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT for when you will have your documents ready.
- Documents are delivered either by:
- Uploading via the Onvio Client Center
- OR Bringing them to your IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT.
- At your 50-minute Appointment we will,
- Draft your return(s)
- Review the drafted returns,
- Obtain your Approval,
- Invoice and process your Payment via ACH or Credit Card.
- Obtain All required Signatures.
- Return(s) are e-filed by D&L Financial.
- Return(s) are Accepted
- an email confirmation is sent to client(s)
- Form 9325 with the submission id is shared via the Client Center.
- Upon request, and payment of a $30 fee, a hard copy will be printed, assembled, signed and Mailed to your address.
